Day-of Coordination • $1000
This package is best for couples who have planned their wedding and are looking for someone to manage all of the little details! We’ll connect six to eight weeks before the big day and review everything you’ve done. Together, we’ll build a timeline and cover all of the details from the rehearsal to the farewell brunch! You’ll be able to enjoy and be fully present for your big day!
Planning
Detailed questionnaires to gather completed plans and understand your vision
Wedding-day timeline development based on final plans and provided vendor details
Unlimited communication two weeks leading up to the big day
All vendors must be chosen and contracted and all planning must be completed before Day-of Coordination services begin.
Wedding Day
Rehearsal coordination limited to walkthrough of ceremony
Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on your wedding day
Oversee vendor set-up for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Direct and guide the vendor team
Assist in moving decor from ceremony to reception space as needed
Set up seating cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, and other personal decorations
Assist the couple, wedding party, and family with day-of questions and needs
Custom planning binder with vendor information
Gather and place personal items in the agreed upon location at the end of the evening
Partial Planning • $2200
This package is best suited for couples who have chosen their vendors and the overall direction of the wedding, but would like assistance organizing the final details. Beginning three months before the big day, we’ll meet and review everything you’ve planned so far. I’ll become the main point of contact for your vendors and assist you in finalizing everything.

Initial strategy meeting
Comprehensive review of completed plans, contracts, and remaining goals
Wedding-day timeline and floor plan development and ongoing revisions
Venue walk-through
Management of deadlines, vendor communications, logistics, and special requests
Unlimited email communication for the duration of the three-month planning process

Complete Planning • $4500
This package is ideal for couples who have just begun the planning process. Together, we’ll meet to discuss your budget, ideas, and dreams! From there, I’ll provide you with lists of venues and vendors along with estimates. I will be the main point of contact for your vendors, keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
